Sicilian Glazed Salmon Filets Filled With Rice & Fresh Herbs
What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
What You'll Do:
- In a 2 quart saucepan, combine olive oil, water, and rice. Bring to a boil.
- Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 22 to 28 minutes or until rice is tender and most of liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in milk and Special Seasonings. Return to a boil; boil for 1 to 2 minute(s) with continuous stirring.
- Let stand covered 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
