Four Cheese Corkscrew Pasta

A family favorite! Our Pasta RoniĀ® Four Cheese Corkscrew Pasta flavor blends corkscrew pasta with cheddar, Monterey Jack, parmesan and romano cheeses and other natural flavors. This rich and creamy dish is the perfect choice to serve alongside your family's favorite chicken, pork or beef recipes.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 3/4 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine*

What You'll Do:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring water, milk and margarine or butter to a boil. Then slowly stir in pasta and Special Seasonings. Return to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 7-8 min. or until pasta is just tender, stirring frequently.
  • Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 min. to thicken.

High Altitude Directions:

Increase cook time to 12 to 14 minutes


*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
