Stroganoff

A comforting classic! Our Pasta RoniĀ® Stroganoff flavor blends fettuccine pasta, mushrooms, beef broth and other natural flavors with sour cream to create a hearty side dish that is the perfect complement to your family's favorite beef recipes.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/4 cups of water
  • 3/4 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoons of margarine*

What You'll Do:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, milk, margarine or butter, pasta and Special Seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 5-6 min. or until pasta is just tender, stirring frequently.
  • Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 min. to thicken.

*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
