What You'll Need
- 1 2/3 cups of water
- 2/3 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of margarine*
What You'll Do:
- In a medium saucepan bring water and margarine or butter to a boil. Then slowly stir in pasta. Return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 7-8 min. or until most of the water is absorbed, stirring frequently.
- Stir in milk and Special Seasonings. Return to a boil; cook 2 min. or until pasta is just tender. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 min. to thicken.
High Altitude Directions:
Increase cook time to 1 to 2 minutes in step 3.
*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
