Chicken Pilaf (Family Size)
This simple and satisfying recipe is made with our Rice-A-Roni Family Size Rice Pilaf and is the perfect choice when you need to feed a lot of hungry family members!
What You'll Need
- 3 cups of water
- 3 tablespoons of margarine*
What You'll Do:
- In a large skillet, combine rice-pasta mix and margarine or butter. Sauté over medium heat until pasta is golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Slowly stir in water and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 17 to 22 minutes or until rice is tender.
High Altitude Directions:
Increase cook time to 22 to 25 minutes.
*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
