Greek - Style Chicken & Rice
What You'll Need
- 1 1/4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
What You'll Do:
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, olive oil, rice and Special Seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Cover; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 24 to 26 minutes or until most of water is absorbed.
- Cover; remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir well before serving.
High Altitude Directions:
Add 1 3/4 cups water, simmer on Medium Low 24 minutes.
