Spring Vegetables With Beef

Rice-A-Roni Chicken & Broccoli (4.9 oz)
Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 35 Minutes Time to Table: 50 Minutes Recipe Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

pound boneless steak or pork, thinly sliced
tablespoons margarine, butter or spread with no trans fat
small zucchini, thinly sliced
small yellow squash, thinly sliced
small carrot, cut into matchstick pieces
clove garlic, minced
(4.9-ounce) package RICE-A-RONI® Chicken & Broccoli

Preparation Steps

1.  In large skillet, sauté steak in 1 tablespoon margarine for 3 minutes. Add zucchini, squash, carrot and garlic; sauté 3 more minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet; set aside.
2.  In same skillet, prepare RICE-A-RONI as package directs. Add meat mixture when adding Special Seasonings.
